Return and Cancellation Guide

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled on the same day of placement without any penalty.
  • Cancellations made after the order date will incur a 20% charge of the order value. This charge helps cover operational costs, as all products are made-to-order, requiring time and resources.
  • Cancellations on the delivery day are not allowed to ensure fairness to our workers' time and wages.

Returns After Delivery – Online Orders:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to "change of mind" returns to account for processing and repackaging costs.

Return Guide:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: Returns for defective or damaged products are free. Please contact our Customer Service team immediately for assistance.
  • Change of Mind: Non-defective items can be returned within 14 days, with a 20% collection charge applied to cover operational costs.
  • Goods Care: The goods must remain in good condition while in your possession until the collection is arranged.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned goods are received and inspected.
  • Allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
